Shipping Coverage
Currently, Gorgeoustch ships exclusively within the United States. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. We are continuously evaluating options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time within the contiguous United States is typically 3–5 business days. “Usually ships in 1–2 business days” refers to the processing time before an item leaves our warehouse. Orders placed by 5:00 p.m. PST are usually processed the same day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
Taxes
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Our website does not charge taxes.
Shipping Options
We currently offer standard shipping only. Express or expedited shipping options are not available at this time to maintain free shipping for all customers.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and OnTrac, to ensure reliable delivery. All shipments include tracking information and are insured against loss or damage during transit.
Signature for Delivery
By default, all shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If you prefer not to require a signature, you may indicate this in your shipping preferences at checkout (where available). Certain orders, such as those containing hazardous materials or paid via PayPal, may still require a signature and cannot be modified.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons). Once your order has been shipped, Gorgeoustch is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.
