After submitting your request, you will receive an automated email from Gorgeoustch to confirm that we have received your request.
Our team will reply to your email within 1 business days with further instructions, including the return mailing address. Please note that the return mailing address may differ from our company address and will be provided via email.
Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided return address.
*Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).*

Once we receive the returned product, our team will review it:
Review Period: The review process will take up to 3 business days.
Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
Refund Arrival: After we process the refund, please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
