1. General Returns Policy
We accept returns on most bicycle accessories within **30 days** of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Inner tubes
- Safety gear (e.g., gloves, knee pads)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards.
- Sale items marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at service@gorgeoustch.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Carefully package the item(s) and include all original materials (packaging, manuals, accessories).
- Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective items. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure your return is received.
7. Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on all of our bike accessory returns.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
- Please provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
9. Lost Package
Not delivered
- Customers should contact customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and provide order details to report the issue. Once the package is verified to be lost, we will provide a full refund or free replacement of the item.
Delivered
- Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we consider the package delivered. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for packages that are shown as delivered.
