Time Limit for Returns and Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for requests made after this 30-day period.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return and Refund Request Process

  2. After submitting your request, you will receive an automated email to confirm that we have received it.
  3. Our team will reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return mailing address. The return address may differ from our company address and will be provided via email.
  4. Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided return address. The address will always be a verified U.S. location used exclusively for product returns.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Review and Refund Timeline

  • Review Period: Up to 3 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Refund Processing: Within 2 business days after approval.
  • Refund Arrival: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Restocking Fee

Gorgeoustch does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Exchanges

Gorgeoustch does not currently support exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
